“Second time staying at the Novotel Barossa; perfect for a mini break for two. The rooms were clean, as well as the other areas of the resort. The giant chess, swimming pool, table tennis and the complimentary wine tasting in the evening was nice. The restaurant food was divine! only comment I would note is that we had a red balloon experience and this didn’t seem to have been noted down, despite booking through the correct portal, as our server was explaining the prices of the set menus and sharing plates, when we were actually asking what the inclusions were in the voucher; thus we felt a little awkward. Then we were given the bill at the end of the meal for X amount which we had to query, which was resolved. At check out, we were then asked to settle a bill of X amount, which was incorrect as the Red Balloon covered it. Just wanted to flag this as it may be an internal communication thing with Red Balloon redemptions. Other than that, we recommend and we will be back (without a voucher!)”

“We enjoyed fantastic 3 nights stay. From check in to check out, the staff were exceptionally friendly. Facilities were clean and well maintained, with great recreational opportunities inc tennis, basketball, golf, swimming and table tennis. Plus the added bonus of very reasonably priced EV chargers too! Note we found the charger closest to reception had a few tech issues and kept stopping mid charge.”

“We recently stayed at the Novotel Barossa and had an exceptional stay in a very comfortable studio. From checking in to vacating the whole experience was excellent. I would like to give a more detailed review to the Cellar Kitchen restaurant though which I cannot recommend more highly for both breakfast and dinner. Finding it hard to choose from the enticing menu, my husband and I decided to place ourselves into the hands of the chefs and chose the Feed Me option. We were not disappointed. Each plate placed before us was a sensory feast and the chefs outdid themselves. We could see the respect the chefs gave to the produce and their care in presenting such delectable dishes to our table. Thank you Tom, Naresh and Mia for creating such delicious, enjoyable and heavenly meals for us to experience and enjoy. Waiting on us for the evening was Kelsey. What a charming young woman who was easy to chat with, knew her products and wines and could not do enough to ensure we had a wonderful experience at The Cellar Kitchen. Thank you Kelsey.”

“Service was 10/10. I rang with questions and spoke to a nice man, I then rang back to book and spoke with a lovely lady. Both were very helpful. The same man checked us in on arrival and was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We had a fabulous stay and it was especially nice given we had just done the 10km, true grit obstacle course. A well deserved rest with a beautiful view. Thank you for having us.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort while celebrating our Anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere, stunning views, and peaceful surroundings made it a truly memorable experience. A very special mention to Kulpreet, who was simply amazing. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made our Anniversary celebration incredibly special. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and looked after throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the food was delicious, and the overall service was outstanding. We truly felt relaxed and valued as guests. Highly recommend Novotel Barossa for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with exceptional service. We will definitely be back!”

“It has all the facilities, but is less luxury then a 5 star Asian hotel. The views are beautiful, it's alongside a golf course and a little bit outside the village. Free wine tasting daily at 17.00-18.00. Heated pool, not very big though. Reasonable restaurant on site, that is part of Explorer card (meaning 30/15% discount on food/beverage).”

“The room was very nice, the pool was refreshing with seats, hanging chairs, sun bed and umbrellas also poolside bar delivery!! The Restaurant was 5*, food was divine, atmos was delightful and the staff were very friendly, and the 5oclock wine tasting room, very nice!! I didn't get a chance to go to the Gym, Massage room or Golf facilities. Overall a very pleasant stay with lovely townships close by! 10 out of 10 5*****'s I will return!”
